Payment Policy Sessions must be paid for in advance in full. Cash, personal checks, Master Card, Visa or American Express is gladly accepted. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. Checks must be received prior to session start.
Refund Policy There are no refunds for missed or no show sessions. OTB reserves the right to handle all refunds on an individual basis.*please read Cancellation Policies below.
Cancellation Policies (when cancellation is made by OTB) OTB will cancel/reschedule a session if: Fields are found to be unplayable by a representative of OTB.  Lightning is in the area. Temperatures and/or wind chill factors are at or below 32-degrees Fahrenheit. (applies to Summer Camps and Clinics) If OTB cancels 2 or more days due to weather or field conditions, campers will receive a credit equal to the number of days missed towards the next available camp or clinic.  In the event that the camper is unable to attend the rescheduled hours, refunds will not be issued, but at the discretion of OTB, partial credit may be given against future programs, camps or clinics. If OTB cancels for issues that are non weather or field related, registrant will receive a 100% refund. (applies to Monthly Skill Sessions, Team Training, Private Training & Futbolito) If OTB cancels a session due to weather or field conditions, registrants will receive a credit towards the next available session(s). In the event that the registrant is unable to attend the rescheduled hours, refunds will not be issued, but at the discretion of OTB, partial credit may be given against future programs, camps or clinics. If OTB cancels for issues that are non weather or field related, registrant will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellation Policies (when cancellation is made by registrant) If a session is canceled by a registrant: (applies to Summer Camps and Clinics) Once we reserve a spot for you in a camp, that spot is considered sold and is no longer marketable. Therefore; cancellations will first be given an opportunity to enroll in another camp. If not transferred to another camp then...Cancellations made with (14) days or less notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the camp price. Registrants that do not show or cancel once the camp has begun, will forfeit 100% of the list price for the camp. Cancellations made with (15) or more days notice will receive a refund minus a $30 administration fee. If a camper leaves early due to medical reasons, the portion of time missed from the camp can be used as credit to attend OTB Summer Camps in 2017. (applies to Monthly Skill Sessions, Team Training, Private Training & Futbolito) Once we reserve a spot for you in a session, that spot is considered sold and is no longer marketable. Therefore; cancellations will first be given an opportunity to enroll in another session. If not transferred to another session then...Cancellations made with (7) days or less notice are subject to & a cancellation fee of 50% of the list price for the class. Registrants that do not show or cancel once the sessions have begun, will forfeit 100% of the session fee. Cancellations made with (8) or more days notice will receive a refund minus a $20 administration fee.
